ARK Core v3.5.0 Released

A new ARK Core version has been released today. All delegates please update by running the ark update command and restarting your core processes.

This version includes various fixes and resolves a reported security vulnerability.

This version of core includes a milestone that will kick in at block 21,235,300 (~ 23rd of August 2022 10:00 UTC, a week from today). This will set the minimum core version to 3.5.0. Nodes with a lower version will no longer be accepted as a peer after that time
